All of the above. With the addition: being forced to cram into a bus that will take you from the gate to the airplane. But the bus takes 20 minutes to leave, because it waits for the very last passenger. It doesn't have aircon, even though it's summer, the hot sun is blasting on the bus's roof, and the temperature inside approaches 40C. The joys of travel...
